We are a consulting and training company specialising in the development of empathetic leadership, communication and business development skills. This business is born from the love and desire to help others reach their destined potential.

We are a team of former corporate executives turned entrepreneurs with nearly 50 years of large-scale sales and operational experience.  Today, we devote our time and energy to helping you and your teams step into the spotlight and shine.

Our goal is to challenge and open your mind to new ideas and ways of approaching business. With a vision to create positive and lasting change in your day to day, we believe in the principles of servant leadership with a communication equally balanced with both head and heart.

With nearly 50 years of experience in sales and operational leadership, it became evidentially clear that three problems persistently plague sales organisations. We bring to light the opportunities in these areas to help you deliver better results.

The Public Speaker

My professional journey has allowed me to develop strong skills in empathetic leadership, business strategy and team engagement. Public speaking and effective communication are two great passions of mine. Helping people learn to better communicate with themselves and each other is what drives me to do what I do.

I believe strongly in the attributes of servant leadership and its place in the modern workplace. The art of listening with empathy, while leading with a balanced head and heart, are skills that require awareness and practice.

I have experience leading large-scale sales operations over vast geographies in Australia, Canada and the USA with sales surpassing $1B and an organisational structure with more than 1500 employees. Learning to communicate a vision and strategy with clarity across thousands of kilometres takes practice.

I work with my clients in the same way that I lead my teams, with honesty, presence and empathy. These traits have served me well over the last 25 years and allow me to draw on that experience to help you and your teams perform at their best.
My areas of expertise include development of business strategy and vision, communication and public speaking to capture the hearts and minds of your audience and empathetic leadership to best engage your team and customers.

I am passionate about the outdoors. You can often find me in my garden, biking or swimming in a lake when I have free time.

I will always cherish the experience I've gained over the last 25 years in business.  Driving millions in sales and leading over 1000 people was an absolute highlight in my career.  Through the high and lows, I learned a great deal about myself and how to lead others. Mindset is key and I have an immense passion for coaching people to achieve things beyond their perceived limits. Sometimes, we just need to get out of our own way, to stop thinking and start doing.

My career has provided me with extensive professional experience across various departments and leadership roles. I have guided teams through the dynamic challenges inherent with bolstering sales, elevating service and navigating all facets of business operations. Growing and retaining people, customers and profit while navigating change isn't always a walk in the park, so having a clear vision and goals are key.

My expertise includes mentoring leaders and individuals, emphasizing the importance of traits such as patience, curiosity, business acumen and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning and development.

In my free time, I love enjoying nature along my local walking trail, travelling to explore different corners of the globe or immersing myself in the pages of a captivating book. The absolute best, is when I can do all three at the same time!
